RIO – A Tribute To Duran Duran is the epitome of a genuine tribute band. When RIO takes the stage, they embody Duran Duran, providing the audience with a profound sense of seeing the legends live. With panache and verve, they embrace their roles: lead singer Jason “Jake” Jacobs as Simon Le Bon, bassist Gil Barron as John Taylor, drummer Danny Alfaro as Roger Taylor, Rob Paterson as keyboardist Nick Rhodes, and guitarist Wes Garren as Andy Taylor. Together, they bring musical theatre to life with pure energy.
Yazrasure brings a high energy show that combines the most danceable songs from TWO iconic bands – Yaz and Erasure – to create an incredible night of 80s Euro-synth pop!
Chameleon-voiced singer Carrie Rapaport pulls double-duty as she encapsulates BOTH the soulful contralto of Alison “Alf” Moyet or Yaz and the powerful tenor range of Erasure’s Andy Bell. Keyboardist and backing vocalist Jay Tando controls the music and keeps the crowd moving as the brilliant Vince Clarke – the mastermind co-creator behind both bands. Yazrasure makes sure the dance floor stays packed all night long!
